Terms of Use

By accessing or using Mentora Digital (querofaturaronline.com.br, mentoradigital.com.br or ezmoneymentor.com), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is intended for users aged 18 or over. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Mentora Digital provides AI tools for social media content creation: assisted chat, image and video generation, editorial calendar, trends explorer and other tools listed on the platform. The service is provided as-is and evolves continuously — features may be added, changed or discontinued with reasonable prior notice.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all actions taken from your account. Notify us immediately in the event of unauthorised access. Fake or unauthorised shared accounts may be suspended.

The service offers a free trial period with limited quotas. After the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan with automatic renewal (monthly or annual), processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). You may cancel at any time from the panel and retain access until the end of the paid cycle. The service uses credits/energy (⚡) for certain generations — your balance and per-operation consumption are displayed in the platform.

Under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC — Law No. 8,078/1990), digital purchases by Brazilian consumers may be refunded within 7 calendar days of contracting. To request a refund within this period, contact us at the support email suporte@querofaturaronline.com.br. After this period, refunds are granted at the company's discretion in cases of proven service failure.

Content you create with Mentora Digital belongs to you, subject to the conditions of the underlying AI models. You are responsible for verifying that generated content complies with applicable law before commercial use. Mentora Digital retains all rights over the platform, brand, code and design. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to process and store your content while your account is active.

You agree not to use Mentora Digital for:

• Illegal activities, fraud or violation of third-party rights.
• Generation or distribution of content promoting hatred, violence, child abuse or sexual material involving minors.
• Reverse engineering, automated scraping or attempts to bypass technical limits.
• Reselling the service or sharing an account with multiple users without authorisation.
• Mass generation of spam, disinformation or manipulation of social media platforms.
• Deceptive impersonation of individuals or brands.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or accuracy of AI-generated results. Always review content before publishing. AI tools are intended to support your creativity and do not substitute professional advice of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentora Digital is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

We are not liable for failures or delays in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure provider failures, cyberattacks, internet or power outages, natural disasters and acts of public authorities.

You may close your account at any time from the panel. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases. If we terminate without just cause, we will refund the pro-rata balance of the current cycle.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor or affiliated company in the event of a corporate reorganization, merger or acquisition, with notice to you.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force, and the affected clause will be interpreted as close as possible to its original intent within the limits of the law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mentora Digital regarding your use of the service, superseding prior understandings on the same subject.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes within the service with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil — Law No. 12,965/2014), the Consumer Defense Code (CDC — Law No. 8,078/1990) and the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018). Any disputes shall be brought before the court of the consumer user's domicile, as permitted by Art. 101(I) of the CDC. Users outside Brazil retain the benefit of mandatory local protections in their jurisdiction.
